What is igottaEAT?
igottaEAT is aMulti-RestaurantMarketingand Delivery Company. We partner with restaurants to make their name and menu known to you, the customer. We facilitate the ordering of menu items through our website or via phone and offer delivery of your order or take-out from the restaurant.
When are you open?
igottaEAT’s online ordering system is always on. You may physically place orders at any time but you may only request delivery times for when we are open. We only deliver between the following hours: Weekdays, Lunch is 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. and Dinner is 4 p.m. – 9 p.m. On Weekends we are open continuously from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. We do close for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Some restaurants may be closed various other days throughout the year which we have no control of. You will be unable to place orders for those restaurants on those days.
How Much Does it Cost?
igottaEAT’s online ordering system delivery fee ranges from $5.99 to $8.99, based on delivery distance. An additional phone order fee of $1.99 is applied to all orders not placed online at igottaEAT.com. Orders requested outside of our normal delivery scope may require an additional fee.
Can I place an order for a later date?
Yes, igottaEAT’s online ordering system allows you to effectively schedule your delivery by letting you choose your time. Whether it’s today, tomorrow, next week, or a month from now, igottaEAT gives you the flexibility for all your meal and party planning.
Special Instructions for my order?
For every item on a restaurant’s menu, our ordering system gives you the opportunity to include ‘Special Instructions’. This will ensure the restaurant you order from prepares your meal with the attention it requires. Please be aware that some restaurants do not allow substitutions.
Can I order beverages?
igottaEAT offers a variety of drink products, please check out our menu.
What if my zip code doesn’t show for ordering?
If you are interested in delivery to an area that our system doesn’t access, please contact us at 855.igottaEAT (855.446.8823) to discuss your options. Orders requested outside of our normal delivery scope may require an additional fee.
Do I tip my delivery driver?
Our system will automatically add a gratuity of 15% to your delivery order. But you may always provide additional gratuity at your discretion.

How do I redeem a Gift Certificate online?
When you are ready to enter your payment method on the checkout page, you will have the opportunity to enter the Gift Certificate code. The amount will be deducted from your order total, and any remaining balance can be paid with Credit Card.
Setting up a corporate account?
Setting up a corporate account is easy and offers advantages. Corporate accounts are invoiced for their orders on a weekly basis, rather than paying per order. Can I change my information after I register for an account?
Yes, you can modify your information at any point after registering at igottaEAT.com by clicking on the ‘My Account’ page after you Login.
What types of Payments do you accept?
We accept Company Checks (corporate account status required), Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
